HPR 1593 - Health Concepts of Physical Activity, Wellness, and Nutrition

3 Semester Hours
This course is designed to help students develop an understanding of physical fitness and nutrition as they contribute to a healthy lifestyle and reduce risk of disease. The student will better understand wellness concepts and engage in assessments with emphasis on personal fitness, disease prevention, nutrition, and weight control. 3 hour lecture
